A man dropped dead after his neighbour attacked him with teargas in a row over cleaning up dog poop.

Neighbours Frank Ulrich and Thomas Langer - both 69 - clashed over whose turn it was to clean up the lawn in front of their apartment block in Dusseldorf, Germany.

And when Ulrich came at his former pal with a rake, Langer defended himself with a CS gas canister, a court heard.
