Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

They should first start with an IQ exam for people wanting to have children. It is amazing how many people give their children exotic names and then don't know how to spell them! After the test, the make the parent write the child's name 500 times so they'll know how to spell it. After the baby is born they make them write the birth date 500 times so they'll remember it! (joke)

It is amazing in this time and date that women still have to go through so much, of course this would have been dictated by a man. Then if she can't prove shes a virgin, do they allow her to get married? As for the fifteen girls tested positive for pregnancy, did they get in trouble for it? If it is such a big problem, let them get married and don't give them the money the government gives them to get married.

If they did this in the U.S. they would really have a problem.lol

According to the article the problem is couples that are already married, trying to marry again to get another lot of money.
