Children who spend long periods in front of the television run a far higher risk of being overweight than those spending a long time in front of computer, a new survey of Lund school children has shown.

Of course it doesn't make kids fat. Eating too much and not moving enough makes kids (and adults alike) fat!

But the study wasn't comparing sitting like a blob in front of a computer to running around outdoors.

Besides, my Second Life character is running around outdoors for me.

You know what really makes people fat? L-A-Z-Y-N-E-S-S! Unless of coarse you have some sort of thyroid issue or something, but I think we all know there are very few people out there who can honestly say they have that excuse.
