Even though it's still impossible to clone a Woolly Mammoth we may not need to — because a Woolly Mammoth has been spotted and captured on tape in Siberia. Behold the undeniable proof that the Mammoth lives — or that bears love to fish. You be the judge!

The Sun is reporting that this footage taken last summer in Chukotka Autonomous Okrug region of Siberia, is in fact the blurry video of a Mammoth in a river:

My brother and I once caught a woolly mammoth on a fly strip. Never on tape, though.

Don't believe backroads, he is such a fibber! But who can tell anything about the blob in the video clip? NOTHING!!! But if you find anything largish with a lot of hair on it, let me know.

My wife caught something largish with lots of hair fifteen years ago, but that's not important. Clipped to Cryptozoology.

After watching that video I am now fully aware that bears in Siberia love to eat fish. LOL!

Could be a large dog with a boot in its mouth? or not.

Why are these claims always accompanied by such blurry "evidence"? My cell phone can take clearer video.

"I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here!" -- Mitch Hedberg

I like the one with Russian space alien the best. But this one is pretty funny too.

Well I slowed the video down, disected the frames, and enhanced the color. After doing all of that it is clear that the trunk is a greyish color and the rest is brown, thus the bear with a fish. Of course it could have been any other large furry brown animal with a fish, but the Siberian Brown Bear seems the most likely culprit.
