Pregnant women who develop cancer do not have to abort their baby, delay their own treatment or give birth prematurely as chemotherapy does not harm the child, a collection of studies has found.

Hopeful article, they still haven't determined about the 8.5% of children born with problems whether or not those problems are definitively not caused by the Chemotherapy. Also it may be noted that they need a longer term study with a broader base to determine effects on those (exposed in utero) after they've reached adulthood.
