A husband has been cleared of killing his wife by turning off her oxygen supply while scuba diving on their honeymoon.
A judge said there was not enough evidence to convict Gabe Watson of murdering his wife Tina.
The defendant had been accused committing the crime while on honeymoon in Queensland, Australia, in October 2003, to get an insurance payout.
